So I got in contact with Gavin, a friend from Brisbane, who has had an offer of a room extended for a little while now, for when he moves to Toowoomba in a week's time.

When he comes up, I'll go around to his place and crash on the couch for a few nights, see what's what, and if it all works, possibly move in. The location is really good, the guy's pretty decent, and the rent would be manageable, especially once I got a job. And this gives me enough time to finish saving for a car, buy said car, AND save up a bit of bond.

*happy sigh* Could it be that things are finally looking up for me? From here, it all looks like it's just a matter of time, now... :3
