This was as far as I got the first time, which was about three years ago. Just passed it.

Back then I had trouble with slow starts. Not anymore. Also, wow, the foreshadowing is easy to pick. Not detrimental, though.

But the next person who tells me "Don't worry man, it gets better", or "woo you're actually reading now? :D", or comments on its breaking of the fourth wall, or even just mentions it to me gets instablocked. (Some people haven't been too bad, but believe me I hate my IRC group sometimes.) I've had enough troubles dealing with the fandom, and I'm not in the mood to let this apparently very good comic get wrecked for me any more than it already is.

So today I was bumming around on deviantART, just minding my own business, when someone on my watch list posted a journal update. Included in it was a reference to a particular expressions tutorial, and a glowing recommendation. I thought to myself, "o hay mebbe I can lernz sometin frum dis" (like how to not parody myself with noob-speak, heh), and checked it out.

Whoa.

( In which a tutorial leads me to find something amazing. )

In other news, I'm going bowling on Friday with Gemma, an old friend from high school. I haven't seen her for ages, so it'll be interesting to see how we've changed since I changed schools.

Welp, it's nearly half past three, so I should probably get some shuteye. 'Night all.
